4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders with a total order value of ₹6,000 or below.

No additional fee is charged for Cash on Delivery orders.

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel the COD option for certain orders, locations, or circumstances where necessary.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Creolab reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 6–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Free delivery is available on all orders, including Cash on Delivery orders.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to our Return Policy.

A flat ₹100 return fee may be deducted from the applicable refund amount.
