At Creolab, we want you to shop with confidence. All eligible purchases are covered by our 7-day return policy.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
All products purchased from Creolab are eligible for return, subject to the conditions below.
Return Fee
A flat ₹100 return fee will be charged for each approved return request. This fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
No Replacements
We currently do not offer product replacements or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within the 7-day return window.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Log in to your Creolab account.

Go to My Orders.

Select the eligible order.

Click Request Return and submit your request.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. The applicable ₹100 return fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
